problème résiliation avec disparition de ma formule

Bonjour, j'ai contracté une formule photoshop+lightroom il y a 7ans à 11,99€/mois, je suis prelevé depuis tous les mois. Cela fait très longtemps que je n'utilise plus les logiciels en question et souhaiter résilier mon abonnement. Cependant dans mon compte adobe, il n'y a aucune trace de mon abonnement encore actif, il est inscrit que je n'ai aucune formule en cours. Je ne peux donc pas résilier cette abonnement.

Comment faire?

To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

make sure you have the correct adobe id when checking your account and/or contacting adobe support. 

 

open your cc desktop app > click the icon at the top right (your adobe forum icon) > and note the email address on the 2nd line.  that's your adobe id.
