Problème de Paiement après avoir été débiter

Bonjour,

Cela fait quelque mois que je suis abonne à adobe créative cloud avec tout les logiciels à 30euros /mois.

Cependant j'ai remarquer apres chaque débit par mois sur mon relever de compte, il me raffiche toujours en "operation enregistrement en cours" et de plus il me preleve 30 euros. Comme si, je paye une deuxieme fois !  A cause de ce bug, cela crée un retard pas possible sur chaque prelevement que j'effectue dans la vie quotidienne (nourriture, facture,......).

Ma banque dit que c'est adobe qui doit annuler cette transaction.

Donc serai-il possible de remonter cette information à l'entreprise et corriger ce bug le plus rapidement possible?

Bonjour, ma banque m'a débité deux foi pour mon abonnement  à Creative Cloud de 35,99 Euros, qui joindre cela fait une heure que je passe à chercher la solution à mon problème. au téléphone la réponse est que c'est fermé que sur l'aide en ligne.
