Bonjour, 

 

J'ai un problème avec Adobe. J'avais une version gratuite obtenue avec l'achat d'un écran. J'ai reçu un mail juste avant l'expiration m'indiquant que je devais avoir deux mois supplémentaires.

Cependant, j'ai du souscrire à une formule annuelle sans le vouloir que j'ai été forcée de payer en totalité (62 euros par mois). Je n'ai pas eu droit aux fameux 14 jours de rétractation car, soit on me signalait que je devais payer des droits de rétractation, soit que la facturation était en cours et que je devais rééssayer dans 24h. J'ai tenté de joindre adobe à de nombreuses reprises, de leur envoyer un mail, de trouver une adresse à laquelle leur adresser un courrier mais impossible. Même sur leur site, je ne trouve aucun moyen d'avoir une personne en direct. Je suis actuellement débitée de 62 euros tous les mois alors que je n'utilise pas les applications. Que puis-je faire ? Je me retrouve en difficulté financière à cause de ce problème et cela va durer un an... De plus, j'ai normalement le droit à une formule étudiante, mais une fois de plus, impossible de soumettre ma demande.
