Problème prélèvements alors que abonnement annulé

J'ai annulé mon abonnement #ous 14 jours ne trouvant pas adobe assez fluide pour l'usage que j'en avais. J'ai bien réceptionné l'email d'annulation mais ai été néanmoins prélevé ces 3.derniers mois. Après connexion sur mon compte j'ai remarqué que l'abonnement était toujours en cours. J'ai du mener une action auprès de ma banque. Comment régler définitivement ce problème sachant que l'email de confirmation d'annulation ne semble pas suffisant ?

Hello after double checking I thought I cancelled the full order . It seems that when you  cancel  you have to do it for each apps even if under same order reference. A good way to get customer paid for any absent-mindedness....

you have to cancel each subscription if you want everything canceled.  ie, if you subscribe to photoshop and illustrator, you can cancel either one or cancel both.  that only makes sense.

 

where it doesn't make sense (to me) is acrobat and ai for acrobat are different subscriptions and you can cancel acrobat and still have the ai for acrobat subscription.  i don't see how anyone could make use of ai for acrobat without acrobat.

As per your account details, you have an active subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro since November 03, 2025. I can see that you subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro in September and successfully cancelled it.
