I cancelled my creative cloud subscription yesterday but ran into a bit of an unfortunate problem. The account was being billed to a card that is now no longer in use due to it getting compromised in the last month, unfortunately, I didn't notice this before cancellation and now you're trying to bill the cancellation fee to the old card and I see no way of entering the details of our new card so that we can actually pay the fee. Any help would be appreciated.

How exactly do I contact customer care? I've gone to the help center but I can't find a way to directly get into contact with anyone.

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.
If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
