Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to request a refund and cancellation of an Adobe subscription that was mistakenly charged to an account that I do not have access to.
Some time ago, I accidentally created an Adobe account with the wrong email address. I no longer have access to this account. The free trial period for it has expired, and I did not have access to the confirmation code and this account to cancel the plan and it will automatically renew. Today, after the trial period ended, I was charged for the subscription.
I kindly request that you:
1. Refund the funds that were recently charged to the account.
2. Cancel and block the subscription for the past viktoriia.ulychna.ar2023@lpnu.ua account;
3. Disable any automatic future payments for this account, as I do not have access to it and do not use it.
Two days ago I created and paid for a new Adobe account using my correct email address. I have full access to this account and am actively using it on the student subscription plan. I am happy with it and am actively using it.
