for some reason I'm able to log in into my account using the browser but not using my Desktop application. It gives me this error saying another user is already logged in.
I already restarted the computer, cleared cookies, browser, etc and it keeps giving me the same error. Please help!

Try using a different browser like latest Chrome or Firefox for desktop.
Its happening the same with me, when i log in, the application (Adobe Illustrator) closes and i already tried to do this so many times and it didn't work.
