Hello,

I have a problem regarding the invoice Order number: AE03796200210CGR

I remember canceling the free trial because I didn't need it after all, but I see you charged me something like €27. Can you please return them to me because I need them?

Hi @golden_1094,

Thanks for reaching out.

Upon checking, I can confirm that you have active Premiere Pro and After Effects plans associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. These plans are currently active and have not been cancelled, which is why you are being charged for them.

You can log in to https://adobe.ly/3FZ7LUU to review the details of your active subscriptions.

If you are looking to cancel your plans, please follow the steps outlined in the following guide:
https://adobe.ly/43JBBGa.

Please note that if you cancel after the initial 14-day period, an early termination fee (ETF) will apply. This fee is 50% of the remaining balance on your annual contract. For example, if you cancel in the ninth month, you will be charged 50% of the fees for the remaining three months.

You can refer to this document for more information:

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
^AN
