Problem with apps

I have a yearly plan that I pay for and in my Creative Cloud and now none of my apps are working. It says "Your evaluation has ended. Choose the plan that suits you". I did not have any problem since 3 weeks ago and now they do not work although the monthly price has been deducted from my bank account.
