Problem with Creative Cloude Subscription

My region is the middle east and my problem is whenever I try to subscribe to any of the plans I can't cause I can see the plans all that I can see is the application and no monthly or yearly subscription with no prices and I don't know if it is a lag in the website or not so I would be glad if anyone can help me with this.image_2020-04-01_21-10-22.png
