Problem with login

Hi everybody.

I have a student account in Adobe. But suddenly when I entered the Premier, I saw that my license had expired and in the email it appears as if I had asked to download the license.
I tried to contact the site I get the following message:

Please contact your administrator for help.
A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help.
For product tutorials and step-by-step instructions, try our online help.

I'm not in any organization, I'm a student who purchased a license privately - was the address hacked? Has anyone ever encountered such a situation?
