Although the computer is connected to the Internet, Adobe Photoshop reports a message that it is impossible to verify the subscription status.
The computer is connected to the internet all the time and everything else works fine. We have paid for a subscription regularly for several years and so far this problem has not occurred.
We connected the computer to a different internet connection (different operator), blocked the antivirus program, blocked the automatic update, but still the problem has not been resolved.
We have one day to verify the subscription.
Another subscription fee at the end of November 2021.

No access to telephone technical support from the Polish - the company does not care about customers who regularly pay a subscription?
