Problema al abrir aplicaciones, al cambiar licencia

Hola a todos. En mi universidad teníCaptura de pantalla 2025-04-29 a la(s) 5.28.56 p.m..pngCaptura de pantalla 2025-04-29 a la(s) 6.49.29 p.m..pnga una cuenta  de empresa asociada a esta entidad con un plan empresarial.  por razones que no vienen al caso, mi cuenta fue retirada del plan. decidí con esta misma cuenta afiliarme y pagar el plan de estudiantes de adobe, pero al momento de ingresar a cualquiera de las aplicaciones  me sale el siguiente mensaje: "Lo sentimos, su cuenta no es valida en este dispositivo. Inténtelo de nuevo con un ID de centro docente". y me solicita salir o iniciar sesion con otra cuenta. 

Ayuda, por favor! ya pague el plan de adobe de estudiantes

Gracias, pero mi plan no trae la opcion de contactar al administrador. el plan que adquirí es el siguiente:Captura de pantalla 2025-04-29 a la(s) 7.04.07 p.m..png

Y no veo ninguna manera de contactar con el administrador, si no es un plan empresarial. gracias por su respuesta!

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop application using the same adobe id used to take that screenshot:
