problema al iniciar sesion en la aplicacion

hola 

espero su respuesta de soporte tengo un ploblema con la aplicacion de creative cloud y todos sus programas al querer iniciar sesion porque se cierra la sesion en automatico ya cambie de usuario y aun asi o se desconecta de los servidores estando funcionando, y es indispensable porque es a una cuenta de empresa y debo meterla a dominio empresarial
