Good morning community. One very angry and frustrated member of the adobe "community" here. I'm a pro-level subscriber. Opened a pdf on my windows machine. The Adobe window popped up, telling me that it was invoking a new browser so I could log in. Well, it didn't. I tried multiple times, no luck. I opened a browser myself, l0ogged in and then tried logging in to Adobe. No luck there, either. So I am basically unable to use Acrobat on this machine because Adobe can't log me in.
Between this, and the sheer sh*ttiness of their pathetic AI, and the intrusiveness of that absolutely garbage software, I was cancelling my adobe suibscription (and the whole suite) but was lured back byt a 29.99 offer for another year. But that does not in the least lessen my contempt for adobe and its stupid AI crap and the arrogance it shows in ramming its fifth-rate software down users throats. I've wasted an hour dealing with adobe's crap that I'll never get back. ^@#$%T you, adobe.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step. (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)
