PS Premium subscription

Hi, I have a PS Express premium subscription on my iPhone which hasn't expired. However, recently when I tried to use the premium features it's said that I needed to pay (again) for a premium subscription ! very frustrating and no point in renewing if the is what's going to happen. 
any advice ?

did you purchase from adobe.com or an app store?

If you purchased from Apple, not Adobe, you must deal with Apple
