Purchase by accident

Hello,

Please help me, i purchase this app by accident. I was too busy opening my documents on my phone because I had a problem that time and i just keep on clicking all the pop ups. After a week I just notice a charge on my account for this app. Please i was saving my money for my other bills, i never use this app, how can i refund my money? Google play wont refund my money
