I purchased Adobe Illustrator on a monthly plan a while ago, with the intention of cancelling it during this month. However, when attempting to access my plans and memberships, it does not appear. It only shows a school membership with Adobe for Teams. I can still re-install illustrator if I wish, but I want to cancel my subscription for it; is this an error on Adobe's part, is the plan already cancelled without my knowledge, or is something else going on entirely?
