Purchase site not working

I have been trying to buy an individual plan for CC on my macbook, but as soon as I hit 'Buy Now', the purchase window pops up and crashes and shows the message I have attached below - Is there any way to fix this? Screenshot 2024-03-21 at 12.39.03 PM.png
