Hello everyone,
This situation is quite unusual.
I purchased the Student Creative Cloud Pro plan, and the transaction was successful. However, not all parts of Adobe seem to recognize the subscription. Depending on where I navigate within Adobe’s platform, it sometimes shows that I have an active plan and sometimes not.
As a result, I’m unable to access Photoshop or any other applications included in the Creative Cloud Pro plan. I also can’t reach human support, since the virtual assistant only allows direct contact if an active plan is detected. This is especially frustrating as my 7-day free trial is running out.
It also appears that Adobe doesn’t provide an email contact option, only phone numbers.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?

might be related to the aws outage. retry in ~12 hours.
