I have spoken to over 12 reps/specialists/chat folks with Adobe. I have been courteous and clear on what I need to purchase. The reps constantly transfer me when they claim my bank information must be wrong. The bank called Adobe, and they still would not take my order. I am so confused as to why they will not let me make my prepaid purchase! I've tried 3 different cards.. and order support tried my card as well with no success. I cant find anyone else to call, so I am posting here out of frustration. Someone please help me!

I appreciate that these issues can be troublesome to resolve.
If you have dire need of the software you could always use the free trial while getting
you payment sorted.
( as long as you haven/t used the trial before. You get just one trial )
