Quiero cancelar la prueba gratuita y no me deja y me siguen cobrando a la tarjeta

Increíble que para que uno compre el producto es tan fácil y para uno cancelar deba hacer de todo y sigan pasando el cobro NO AUTORIZADO a la tarjeta simplemente porque no me deja cancelar, y si quiero publicar en la comunidad no deja porque supongo a miles les pasa lo mismo, y es una odisea publicar y comunicarse para anular algo que no quiero.

 

Si no me ayudan a cancelar voy a publicar aen mis redes sociales que ADOBE no deja a sus clientes liberarse de los planes gratuitos. Dice: NO ES POSIBLE CARGAR LOS DATOS: SE HA PRODUCIDO UN ERROR. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde.

Se supone que es una MEGA PLATAFORMA. ¿Cómo es posible que va a dar errores para uno cancelar y no atienden los fines de semana? Ahhhh pero pagar pagar allí SI FUNCIONA PERFECTO. PARA COBRAR Y PAGAR TODO FUNCIONA, PERO PARA CANCELAR EL PLAN TODO FUNCIONA COMO UNA MIERDA.  Por favor necesito solución o voy a armar un escándalo en las redes así sea con 100 personas , para cuando alguien busque en google y en todas partes aparezcan los comentarios y no le siga pasando a gente, pues ya hay varios aqui con el mismo problema. Gracias.

Estoy obstinado de hablar con un bot y cada vez que intento cancelar salga este estupido mensaje: "No es posible cargar los datos Se ha producido un error. Vuelve a intentarlo más tarde."

Algo asi como para que las personas no puedan cancelar el plan y deban seguir pagando

Quiero solución INMEDIATA o voy a denunciar que investiguen esa situación, porque no es conmigo nada más sino con todo el mundo.

I never had a problem to contacting Adobe customer care. Did you read @try67's answer? You can also use Twitter.

The immediate solution is to contact Adobe customer care during the service hours for your language.

Me sale el mismo mensaje y ya he contactado con atención al cliente por el enlace de Try67 y no resuelven nada. Dice que lo intente en unas 2 horas... No permiten cancelar el plan.

Buenas noches. Estoy con el mismo problema. Después de que anunciaran el aumento del plan Creative Cloud Todas las aplicaciones, en Argentina, no puedo generar la baja. Me sale el mismo error que a ustedes. Consiguieron solucionarlo?

Hola, tengo este problema, no pude tampoco cancelar el plan de prueba gratuita, me arroja el mismo error  NO ES POSIBLE CARGAR LOS DATOS: SE HA PRODUCIDO UN ERROR, favor me comentas si pudiste finalmente terminar el plan y como lo hiciste.

Hablando con mi banco y cancelando la tarjeta, por lo visto, acostumbran
hacerlo, nunca contestan a las reclamaciones, no tienen servicio de
atención al cliente, no sé con qué intención, pero vamos que es una estafa
en toda regla.

Cancelé días antes a vencer la prueba gratuita. Debitaron dinero de mi cuenta a nombre de Adobe, escribí a Adobe y nunca resolvió; mi entidad bancaria comprobó como FRAUDE y después de 20 días desembolsaron mi dinero. Adjunto imágenes de prueba donde cancelé la suscripcion y los emails que me siguen llegando ERROR DE FACTURACIÓN. Una empresa tan pro con este tipo de fallas?IMG_1068.jpeg
