Quiero cancelar mi plan y obtener mi reembolso

Hola, me gustaría hacer cancelación de mi plan de Adobe Acrobat Pro, lo utilice por el periodo de prueba, después de esto recibí una notificación de que el pago no se había efectuado el 15 de septiembre y trate de cancelar el plan pero me decía que no podía si no había hecho el pago, hoy 29 de septiembre pasado 14 días de la facturación se me hizo el pago automatico por lo que decidí ir a cancelarlo de inmediato y me pide hacer un pago de 538.784COP por la cancelación y que no se me dara reembolso cuando en sus condiciones de suscripción dice que entre los primeros 14 días no se hará ningún pago adicional y se hará el reembolso completo, aparte de esto, también menciona que la suscripción en si comienza cuando se realice el pago por lo cual hoy debería ser el día 1 y no el 14, exijo mi reembolso sin tener que pagar nada, adjunto pruebas de la fecha, sus politicas y lo que se me quiere cobrar.imagen_2024-09-29_125611224.pngimagen_2024-09-29_125628597.pngimagen_2024-09-29_125654241.pngimagen_2024-09-29_125711996.pngimagen_2024-09-29_125819241.png

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

Me pasó lo mismo que a ti! es una injusticia! que dificil cancelar la suscripción! es como una maldición!

Yo todavía no lo soluciono y llevo toda la tarde viendo videos de como hacerlo y no puedo! =(

Tengo el mismo problema, trato de cancelar esta desgracia de aplicación, he visto videos en YouTube y no puedo salir de la suscripción, y el colmo de todo es que me han debitado dos meses de mi tarjeta de crédito y lo peor es que no lo he utilizado ni una sola vez y si es que quiero contactarme con alguien para que me ayuden, nunca están disponible.

 

Hay que reportar en todas las redes sociales la clase de ratas que son. ¡NO DESCARGUEN ADOBE ES UN ERROR!
