"Ihr Abonnementstatus kann nicht bestätigt werden." - Adobe Premiere Pro

Jedes Mal, wenn ich versuche Premiere Pro zu starten erscheint dieser Screen.
Dies erscheint ausschließlich bei Premiere Pro und Animate.
Ich habe bereits mehrere Male versucht beide Programme zu deinstallieren und wieder zu installieren (auch die Installation einer älteren Version wurde versucht), leider erfolglos.
Auch die Adobe Cloud wurde deinstalliert und erneut installiert.

Weiß Jemand was das Problem sein könnte?
