"Prueba que NO es gratuita"suscripción no deseada

Ingrese a una supuesta "Prueba gratuita" el día 20 de febrero, me extrajo de mi cuenta personal CLP$57.971. Hice todos los reclamos correspondientes con comprobantes y movimientos. Pero no quieren reintegrar el dinero. Solicito me den una respuesta 

Porq Google play, informa que dinero lo tiene Adobe. ESTE RECLAMO ESTA DESDE EL DIA 20 DE FEBRERO

Primero dice que es Gratuita, después te cobran desde el día 1 (te ngo los comprobantes)

Segundo obviamente me salí de las suscripciones, si no las quise nunca. Parece que se burlan de los clientes. Te envío las pruebas de la transacción no deseada y encima discuten qué nunca sucedió.

Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription... the link below has the information
If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription

No compre una suscripción 

Es un engaño' dice" prueba gratis "

Y en vez de escribir tanto, como empleado de Adobe, debería estar dando una solución a un cliente en estos momentos,ya que es una compra no deseada. Y TENGO LOS COMPROBANTES

Me cobraron el primer día de prueba. TAMBIÉN CANCELE ESE MISMO DÍA, EL DIA UNO DE PRUEBA. cancele la suscripción no deseada y sin embargo no muestran intenciones de solucionar. HABLA MUY MAL DE  SU APLICACIÓN. Muchos comentarios iguales a lo que m e sucedió

well, read.  the trial's free, but it's obviously not eternal. it's a 1 week trial that must be canceled or it rolls into a subscription.

Y NUNCA MOSTRARON INTENCIONES DE REINTEGRAR LO. Hice denuncias y voy a continuar. Para que no estafen más a los usuarios

i don't see a cancellation date.

in addition, the free trial is a one-time offer. ie, if you try to start a 2nd trial, it's not free.
