"This unlicensed app will be disabled"

Hello and apologies for a query that has probably been discussed here many times before.

I pay for Adobe All Apps but I'm getting the "unlicensed app" popup in Photoshop and Illustrator. This seems like a common problem but the solutions I've researched seem complicated and of a trial-and-error nature

Any suggestions?

The link to the support team in Shivangi_Gupta's message above takes me to the "Contact Adobe support" page which, at best, will lead me back here to the Adobe community.

No one has suggested uninstalling but they have mentined changing the install location which, I assume, will involve uninstalling first.

Thanks so much for the assistance; I'll follow the steps and see what happens.

This is like buying a faulty washing machine and, instead of being able to have it repaired or replaced by the supplier, getting directed to other washing machine owners for instruction on how to repair it yourself. As we South Africans love to say: "It's ridiculous!"
