Bonjour,

 

Suite à des problèmes personnels lié au Covid, j'ai omis de procéder, à temps, à la résiliation de mon abonnement à "Creative Cloud" qui, ce jour, s'est automatiquement renouvelé au prix fort de 59,99 € par mois : ce qui est beaucoup trop cher pour moi.

Puis-je poursuivre ma résiliation sans que les frais pour résiliation anticipée (s'élevant à 329,95 €) me soient imputés ?
