Bonjour, 

 

J'ai souscris il y'a 21 jours à une version d'essai illustrator. Je me suis connecté au bout de 21 jours pour me désabonner, j'ai eu le malheur de voir qu'un abonnement annuel creative cloud a été souscris ce qui m'oblige à payer 85 € pour le résilier. Je ne comprends pas cette erreur ! Pouvez vous m'aider ? Je ne trouve pas le contact d'adobe pour effectuer une réclamation !
