beware of anyone contacting you via email or private message. scammers look for posts like yours.

Comme pour tout contrat de sousscription, il faut renoncer avant le terme du contrat, s'il se renouvelle automatiquement. C'est d'ailleur clairement repris dans les termes, qui vous ont été envoyés après avoir pris l'abonnement. En plus, avant le renouvellement, vous avez reçu un courriel avec l'annonce du renouvellement.
Donc avant de réclamer avec des formulations fortes, il faudrait lire à ce qu'on a souscrit.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

Je souhaiterais maintenant laisser cela comme contrepoids au pharisien. Je suis un client, comme vous. J'ai commandé des produits Adobe, comme vous. Et, j'ai résilié des produits Adobe, comme vous.
Quand vous prenez un abonnement, vous confirmez d'avoir lu les conditions y attaché.
Mais, je dois me corriger. Au moins pour mon pays, Adobe n'envoie pas de mail de rappel. (Adobe le fait dans le cadre de mon abonnement Teams...)
Ceci vous parvient aussi par courriel avec votre confirmation de commande.
