Bonjour, j'ai acheté photoshop pour une durée de un mois pour mes cours. Sauf que j'ai pris l'abonnement mensuel au forfait de 19,99 euros par mois. Je souhaite résilier cet abonnement car je n'en ai plus besoin. Or, on me dit que si je veux annuler je dois payer une somme de plus de 100 euros. Et, je suis étudiante, je me suis juste trompée de forfait je n'avais pas vu qu'on était obligé de le garder 1 an minimum... je n'ai pas beaucoup de sous vu que je suis en étude supérieures... est-ce possible s'il vou splait de m'annuler mon abonnement sans frais s'il vous plait... j'ai presque tout les mois des difficultés à payer mes frais en fin de mois... je ne pourrais pas payer ou du moins cela fait des gros frais pour moi...
