Hello! Soooo Adobe charged me last year and the beginning of this year . I downloaded it and used the free trial ... I canceled it before the trial was up because I just didn't need it . Couldn't afford it . I've requested refunds in the past because I was charged 3 times after I canceled it the first time . I was just charged again like 2 weeks ago for $10.99 and now I'm being charged for $20.00 for something at should not be active . Nor should I be , being charged ! They are taking my money . They refuse to refund it . They refuse to cancel my subscription!!

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
