Can I say I am also completely appalled at the service contract arrangement offered by Adobe. After trying to cancel my subscriptions earlier in the year I just discovered that I had a product auto-renew not 10 days ago and I am now being refused the right to cancel. I do not actually use Adobe products and I would like to cancel - not be conned in to another year of paying £50 a month based on the receipt of one email that often goes in to junk.
Please can someone sort this out and cancel both of my subscriptions. Adobe would do well to offer monthly agreements as standard. When I am finally out of this contract I will most certainly not be back until the offer is better.
