...it was impossible to cancel my free trial and impossible to contact! Managed to once, through trowelling the internet and the operative said they would help me and cancel.  This never happened and they've been taking my money for nearly a year and even when I cancelled the card payment with my bank, they changed the payment reference and claimed it again!  However, my bank refunded me as I had to put a stop on it but I've got to keep a close eye on my statements as they are known for changing payment references.  My bank was going to take it up with Visa.  I can't believe what they do is legal! It seems that the way they operate is a big problem, as my situation is not unique someone needs to stop them... Good luck

Sounds to me like you have more than one account, perhaps under a different ID (email) and password.

 

The procedure for cancelling subscriptions is exactly the same as it has always been. And the contact mechanism is posted online.
