Re: Amount not deducted from my bank account but got the subscription?

I am having the same issue. The due date was 30th April and they sent an invoice stating that the payment has been made, but not a single rupee has been deducted from my bank account and the payment method shows credit card whereas I have used debit card for my initial payment. Did your issue get resolved ? If so do let me know how to fix. Thank you
