Buenas tardes, He seguido sus instrucciones pero no me funciona. Me comunican que mi último pago no se realizó. Mi suscripción finaliza en marzo, ellos cobran por trasferencia bancaria, entonces éste sería el último mes que me pasan la factura. Revisando el historial de facturación he visto que ya cobraron el 09 de este mes, por lo tanto no entiendo que me digan que el pago no se realizó. Creo simplemente que quieren ganar tiempo.... No sé qué hacer, les he enviado un e-mail y espero que con eso..

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

Estoy muy estresada, NO ENTIENDO NADA DE LO QUE ME HA ESCRITO. POR FAVOR MI SUSCRIPCION SE RENUEVA EL 09 DEL MES QUE VIENE, USTEDES( ADOBE ACROBAT) YA COBRARON LA FACTURA DE FEBRERO.ENTONCES ESTOY TODAVIA A TIEMPO PARA ANULAR LA SUSCRIPCION . LLEVO AÑOS PAGANDO, ACTUALMENTE YA NO PUEDO. ESTOY EN PARO. MAÑANA INTENTARÉ LLAMAR PORQUE HE INTENTADO ANULAR DESDE "Administrar plan", he SEGUIDO LOS  PASOS QUE INDICAN PERO O ME APARECE:"No se admite el inicio de sesión social" O  que : "No se realizó el pago"..LLEVO CON ESTE PROBLEMA DESDE LAS 13H, NI HE PODIDO ALMORZAR.

ESPERO QUE MAÑANA YA SE SOLUCIONE.
