I have the same problem but the link doesnt work anymore and i cant use the bot to get someone to talk to because he doesnt find a plan in my account

You say same problem... so you are a student having problem with your education subscription?

 

If yes, you need to contact the account Administrator at your school

 

If you don't really have the same problem do you have more than one email address?

but i dont really know how, i used my school email adres but outside of that i didnt use anything from school to get the plan but then i coudnt cancel it and after 2 days or sow it randomly disepeared and now money is going from my cart
