So we have to call adobe and wait an hour on hold to our delete credit card information. Your website allows people to add and update cards but left off a delete feature. Something really slimy is going on here. Adobe is this how you treat your customers?

Thanks Bob, I was able to chat with customer service. FYI - They say if they delete the card on file it will automatically cancel my subscription even though I paid a year in advance. I told them I would give them a new card to pay when time to renew. They didn't care and said, "we'd be happy to remove it for you but your subscription will be immediately canceled". Nice.

Try again with another Customer Service rep or ask for a supervisor.

It should not require this much time. We, as consumers should be able to CALL and get the right info from a rep (the FIRST time) without escallation. Essentially, Adobe is not in compliance with CA 1798.105.

Adobe has a great product line and it is a shame that they are stooping as low as they are in this regard.
