Re-fund after I re-verifed student Membership

Hi
Adobe sent a request to re-verify my student account. (im student until 2021) Since it got sent to an e-mail I never use. I didn't read it and didn't do it. Now I got billed the price for the normal Membership.

 

Is there a Possibility for me to get refund now, after I verified my status.

Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
