I have the full package of adobe apps, when I in-putted my new redemption code today the price has gone up.

Doulble what I was paying per month, any reasons why this could have happened does it take a few hours for redemption code to kick in ??

I can confirm that there are no active subscriptions or memberships assigned to the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Did you encounter an error while attempting to redeem the code? If so, which web browsers did you use?

 

If you have any questions about the price you are being charged for a redemption code, then please check with the seller.
