Having redemption code issues

I have the full package of adobe apps, when I in-putted my new redemption code today the price has gone up.

Doulble what I was paying per month, any reasons why this could have happened does it take a few hours for redemption code to kick in ??

Did you encounter an error while attempting to redeem the code? If so, which web browsers did you use?
