This has been my pain for years. The joke part is that even Adobe share a post saying that invoice is not the same as receipt!! They are a design/tech company but, decided to not let us print receipt easy. Someething is wrong here.

you'll need to await an adobe employee for that info. if you don't see a post here from a badged employee within 24 hrs, repost and i'll flag one for you.

Since Adobe invoices show the payment amount and method, they can be accepted as proof of payment. If your company or accounting department requires a receipt, could you check if the invoice is sufficient?
