Did you get an email from Adobe confirming the cancellation? Check your spam folder just in case.

(FYI, I did not look at your attached graphic. Many of the Adobe Community Professionals prefer to have the graphics embedded to avoid possible malware.)

If you did get the confirmation email, you're done. If not, contact Adobe support.
