There is no Adobe Pro.  Perhaps you mean Acrobat or Document Cloud PDF Services?

If you don't see the cancel button then you will have to contact support to help you out with cancellation. To contact support.
Login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.
