I created an account for my daughter to use Fill and Sign. We decided not to use it so we closed the account. However, now we do want to use that account. So I would like to sign in or re-create an account under the same email address.  Is this possible?

When trying to create an account with the same email address we get "an account with this email address already exists".

When we try to sign in to the account with that email address we get a message saying "account is temporarily locked".

Can someone help???

Can you help us re-open or re-create this account??

-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI

There's no undo button for cancelling a plan.  Why don't you start fresh with a new Adobe account (different e-mail and password)?
