What you described is an issue. Even if it is the only issue, which it isn't, it is unreasonable to have to call a company to have them manually remove an online payment method? Did you come here just to defend a corporate monopoly?

The issue of this page was previously being unable to remove card details. I also experienced this issue.

You asked why I came here: I came here to provide a solution which previously didn't exist. Previously calling did nothing. Now you can call and it's fine. Now you can also go in and edit details yourself as well. I submitted this solution and people wrote beneath suggesting other ways to 'work around the issue.' My response was that work arounds are irrelevant (especially when they are not a perfectly workable solution), because there is finally an actual real solution. The one I wrote above: Calling Adobe.

And as a side note it now seems you have full control to manage cards within our account settings, anyways, even if you don't personally want to call.

No, calling is not a big deal to me personally, especially when it concerns payments, and being 100% sure my issue is resolved.

Seems like you're upset that I provided a solution? I'm confused by that. I also agree that Adobe is far from perfect and even slightly monopolistic, but I don't see the point in taking issue with me personally and critiquing my character as someone who enjoys corporate monopolies. I'm just an artist trying to share answers I found. I'm a real person.
