I had only applied for 7-day free trail but I did not realize that when I applied for the 7-day free trail I would be getting charged. I thought like all other free trials that I have applied for I would be getting charge after the “7-day free trail” was over and after signing up for the package plan. I was only to realize when I was making payment for my food at food court and I had no funds in my account due to the charge of SG$71.67 ADOBE CRTV CLD TRIAL.
As being retrenched from my current job and being un-employed I cannot afford to be losing money like this especially this amount. Once I realized this charge was deducted from my account return to the page to cancel my account immediately. I did search online to cancel this account and took a few hours of my time to reach out to you finally in this page.
I have not received any reply email about my cancellation and I did not find any email address to send to inform for it. However, I just did cancel by signing in adobe account with my email. As such, I would like to request to have fully refund of SG$ 71.67 ADOBE CRTV CLD TRIAL that being charged to my account and to be waived for any cancellation charges due to the fact that I only downloaded for free trial version and did not sign up to continue.
I find this is being unfair and should not be happening they should be sent notification for expiry of free trail and sign up option to buy package plan.
I hope you are an authentic company and you do return the money to my account that you have more than happily taken out for "7 Day free trial" version which I think is very unfair and is very unethical of a so-called growing company like you. I hope you will remedy this problem and fix my disappointment that I have in your firm due to this situation that has occurred.
I look forward to hearing from you to inform me that I will be receiving a full refund and have my money's deposited back into my account.

You had 14 days to cancel your subscription and request a refund. Did you cancel it in time? Refunds take 5-10 business days to process. Adobe does not do business by email, it's not secure.
