I, like the OP, need either a UK phone number or a Chat option.  None of these are available.  The phone number is not listed and the Chat button just takes you in a loop back to pages you've previously visited.  My contract includes Customer Support but clearly Adobe are not keeping to their commitment to provide it.

 

Does anyone have a link for a UK number or a working Chat option?

Phone support is ONLY available M-F during normal business hours.  And many Adobe staff are on Christmas holiday until after the new year.  So wait times may be longer than usual.

Any idea on one for the UK?  Adobe seem to make it REALLY difficult to speak to anyone via phone or Chat.
