I deactivated my collegue's account after we were having a lot of trouble getting her access to all apps through our company account, thought because she already made a personal account with that email it would not work. Now that we've got the email from adobe to set her up, it will not let me in because the account is deactivated. Is there a way to reactivate? I thought I could just make a new one in it's place.

As far as I know, using an email to create an Adobe ID and buy a subscription may not be repeated, with that email, once an account is cancelled... but since I am just another user, you need to contact Adobe This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below -you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html...

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
