Hi,
I have an All-Apps subscription. Last week I uninstalled Premiere Pro and re-installed a slightly older version through the Creative Cloud desktop app (went from 14.4 to 14.3) because I was having issues with running it on my computer.
Fast forward a week to yesterday, and I receive an e-mail that my trail period for Premiere Pro is ending soon. The e-mail reads: 'hopefully you enjoyed the trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro CC. Upgrade to a Single-App or All-Apps subscription today to keep bringing your creative ideas to live', and a button reading 'join now'.
This is weird because when I downloaded Premiere last week I didn't get any messages about that this was a trial. And what was especially weird is that this e-mail was sent to an e-mail adres I don't use for my adobe account anymore (I changed the e-mail adres I use for this account about a year ago).
When I go looking in my account settings, desktop app, or in Premiere itself, I don't find any more info about supposedly using a trial version of this app.
So I'm wondering, why did I get this e-mail? Specifically, why did I get this e-mail on an adres that is not connected to an adobe account anymore? I tried to sign in with my old adres just now, to check. I got an error saying that the adres is not connected to anything.
Thanks.
