Received two suspicious emails and wanted to verify what card was charged

Im not sure what to do about these emails. Are they scam and just baiting me to click and log in? Can anyone help me verify what the order details are because if they are under a card I own, I need to lock or change the card info? 

 

I did not authorize a charge and before today dont remember if I ever did make an account.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com to see what payment method is on file.  then check with that payment provider to see if you've been charged.

I can't check the other accounts payment information because I no longer can access it. I made this profile to make the post and there are no subscriptions attached to it and therefore no payment info stored in it.
