I just recently stumbled upon Adobe's black Friday discount on its creative cloud all a.

I received a confirmation shortly after purchase. Following, I installed the Creative Cloud desktop app, yet all the apps that were stated to have become available to me are all still hidden behind a paywall, prompting me to upgrade my plan or try out any select app, bar Adobe Express. In the bundle description, a list of apps included in the purchase significantly outweighed what I have received, with that being around three apps.

I have tried restarting my apps, my desktop browsers and my PC yet I still have access to nothing on either desktop or on my web browser. Was the discount a loophole, or am I making an error in starting them up myself? I would love to continue testing Adobe products and improving my skills but I am asking for a little bit of help, all info is much appreciated ❤️ .

Did you send proof of your eligibility for the student plan to Adobe? (You didn't say)

https://www.adobe.com/offer-terms/student_teacher_eligibility.html

Try the steps for Creative Cloud reverts to trial after purchase. There are four steps:

https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

If you still need help, contact Adobe Customer Care. We can't see your billing details on this forum and they are the only ones who can assist. Try the link to auto-open the Chat:

Type "agent"

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:

You can also send a post through X (formerly Twitter) to @AdobeCare.

Do not reply to PMs, which are likely to be scammers.

I've moved your post to Account, Payment and Plan.

there are usually caveats with black friday deals, the most common being for first-time subscribers only.  are you a first-time subscriber?
